Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how WestWorx, Inc. ("WestWorx," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through the Infinity Services FSM mobile and desktop application ("the App"). The App is an internal field service management tool used exclusively by authorized employees and contractors of Infinity Services, LLC.

1. Who Uses This App

Infinity Services FSM is not a consumer application. Access is restricted to employees, technicians, and administrators of Infinity Services, LLC. The App is not available for download by the general public and is not intended for use by anyone outside the organization.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects the following categories of information from authorized users:

• Account information — Name and email address, provided through Sign in with Apple at account creation.
• Location data — Device location is used while the App is in use to support field dispatch, route navigation to service sites, and automatic travel time calculation. Location is not collected in the background.
• Work order data — Service records created or updated by users, including job notes, labor hours, parts used, photos of equipment, and customer site information. This data is business operational data belonging to Infinity Services, LLC.
• Device token — A push notification token used to deliver assignment alerts and work order updates to your device. This token is stored on our servers and rotated automatically by the operating system.

3. How We Use This Information

Information collected through the App is used solely to operate the field service management system:

• Routing and dispatching technicians to service locations
• Recording service activity, labor, and parts for billing and payroll
• Sending push notifications for work order assignments and status changes
• Generating invoices and payroll reports for internal use

We do not use this information for advertising, analytics services, or any purpose outside normal business operations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Work order and operational data may be shared with customers of Infinity Services, LLC as part of normal service documentation (e.g., invoices, service reports). We use DigitalOcean to host the App's backend infrastructure; data is stored in the United States.

5. Data Retention

Work order records and associated data are retained for as long as necessary to support business operations, invoicing, and legal compliance. Account information is retained for the duration of employment or contractor engagement. Employees may request deletion of their account data by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

The App uses industry-standard security practices: all data is transmitted over HTTPS, authentication is handled through Apple's Sign in with Apple service, and access to the backend is restricted by role-based access controls. We do not store Apple ID credentials.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a professional business tool intended for adult employees and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
